ArjunPari#58 Tuesday 23July2013 Where is Pari? Where is She?

I was looking curiously for Pari to come. It has been 16 hours since I last saw her. I was longing to see her. I waited till afternoon and thoughts were streaming through my brain. Why is she still not here? Is she on leave? Did she go out on some work? Is she sick? Where is Pari? Where is she?
I was tapping on my mouse thinking about Pari. Kiran was there. He saw me and instructed me to call her.
 ‘Kiran! Will you call her?’
‘No! Do it yourself!’
‘Okay! I will!’
I came out of office to call her. It rang and rang but she didn’t lift. Shall I call her again? I have to. I am curious. I was about to call her again, then I received a message from Pari.
‘Arjun! Am not feeling well! Am sleeping! Will call you later!’
She is not feeling well. What happened to her? How is she feeling? Is she alright? Oh Pari! What happened to you?

My team leader was waiting for me at my desk.
‘What’s wrong with you Arjun? Chris is waiting for you! Call him immediately!’
‘Oh! Am sorry! I forgot about him I will call him immediately!’
I was speaking to Chris, but Pari’s voice was touching my ears. My body temperature grew and I was feeling sick. I was waiting for her call. I wanted to listen to her voice. I wanted to make sure that she’s alright. I went to speak to my team leader and when I was back there was a missed call. That was an unknown number. I called back to see who was that.
‘Hello’
Someone was speaking on the other side; I didn’t recognize it.
‘Hello! I have got a call few minutes back from this number.’
‘Stop it Arjun! It’s me..’ She laughed out. The accent was Pari’s but voice was not her’s. I was startled.
‘Is it really you Pari?’
‘Yeah Arjun! It’s me. This is my roommate’s number.’ I realized completely that it was her!
‘What happened to your voice?’
‘I got cold’
‘Oh bad weather! Did you take some medicine?’
‘Yeah.. But am feeling funny.. ‘She laughed out again.
‘What’s funny? You are sick!’

‘I was sick because I played in rain last night at 2 AM with my roommates.’
‘What?’
‘Yes! We had fun last night on our terrace and there was no one who stopped us!’ She laughed out again.
‘You people are really mad!’
I was thinking ‘Our future house should have a big terrace area..We can have fun together..‘ I smiled inside myself.
I asked her ‘Did it rain last night?’ Was that a meaningful question? I am mad!

I am mad because of her. I am mad about her. I am mad because of her madness. I am mad about her smile. I want to see you smile Pari. Please come tomorrow. Please feel well. Please smile again..
