ArjunPari#53 Thursday 18July2013 I will go to her dad and I will say "Mai Pari se shaadi karoongi!(I will marry Pari!).."

Every day is turning out to be good and happier. I was on the way to office standing in the bus. I was dreaming about my goal and future life partner. I was wondering how closely they are related! There was an unseen smile on my face.

And then I heard a laugh. It was the same which I heard on May 27^th, the same which changed my views, the same which brought flow into my life, the same which change my life, the same which brought more happiness to me.. I was trying to have a look at her. The bus was crowded. I could see only the hands which are holding the safety handles. I was still trying, and then one of them changed her hand. It was Pari, I was able to see her bandhan(bond) watch gifted on her birthday.

I took my mobile with a great effort and messaged her.

“What a beautiful day it is.. It started with the view of a bandhan watch.. What a coincidence! It looks similar to mine.. Waiting to have a sight of that beautiful face wearing that.” I pressed “Send” closing my eyes. When I opened my eyes she was looking at me with a smile. I felt like I was in heaven but not in a BMTC bus. This is really a good start for the day.

We both got down. I have something to say, I started but couldn't finish it. I immediately took my mobile and messaged her.

When she saw it, she said out 'What Kiran said about you is right?'

I was curious 'What did he say?'

'You are a 19^th century guy.'

'What?' I shouted disappointedly.

'I agree with him! You can't say that directly to me that I was looking like an angel to your eyes that day. Crazy Arjun!' She smiled at me.

'Now! I agree with you..' I said and we both smiled.

I was a little free with less work and I was thinking about my Hindi Practice. It is going good. Kiran is a big help.

I was searching on google. Keywords “Hit bollywood songs with lyrics” but I found a different and easy one.

We were all having lunch at our canteen. And I started speaking.

'Kiran! Thum bolo inko ! Meri hindi achi hueen naa!'(Kiran! You tell them! My hindi has become good!)

Everyone was looking at me with surprise and I started performing.

'Mainey bahuth saarey hindi filam dekhey aur mujhko Hindi aati hai abb.'(I have watched a lot of hindi films and I know Hindi.)

'What an improvement?' Pari admitted.

'Tum merey saath hindi Movie chalo, Mai tumey bataata hoon kya ho raha hai..'(You come with me for a Hindi movie, I will explain what is going on.)

'Hey Arjun! I said the same when you were rejecting to come watch a Hindi movie'.

Everyone was laughing at me.

I was speaking into Kiran's ear.

'I will go to her dad and I will say 'Mai Pari se shaadi karoongi!(I will marry Pari!)''

Kiran laughed out and said “It's not karoongi(will do - feminine). It is Karoonga(will do – masculine).”

“He is behaving same as Deepika Padukoney in Chennai Express.” Kiran joked on me and everyone was laughing at me.

'This is a good surprise Arjun!” Pari said to me and I answered “There’s one more big surprise!”

We were both out of office, Me and Pari. We boarded a bus and had a usual talk. I said to her that I will accompany her till her room, she rejected and I requested. We were walking on that lonely road. I was looking for a moment. I let her walk few steps ahead of me and I started shouting.

“ Teri aankhon ki namkeen mastiyan

Teri hansi ki beparwaah gustakhiyaan

Teri zulfon ki leharaati angdaiyaan

Nahi bhoolunga main

Jab tak hai jaan, jab tak hai jaan

Baarishon mein bedhadak tere naachne ko

She was in great surprise. She didn't believe that I did it. She was happy. I could see that. She smiled and said. “Good Nyt Arjun! See you tommorow”

“I didn't expect that!”

She thought for a second and said “See you everyday!” . I was standing there with a smile and then returned with a great feel.

ArjunPari#49 Sunday 14July2013 I love this day.. I love my life.. I love you Pari.. :D

They were happy to see us again. Krishna came near me and hugged, I felt great. He asked innocently 'What did you bring?'.

'Nothing!' he was disappointed and then I took chocolates out from my pocket and Kiran too bought chocolates for them today.

They happily ate chocolates and we started playing. Soon we started having fun. Krishna was on my shoulders and we were having fun. Kiran was rejecting to pass ball to others and they were angry on them. They made a smart move and in no time Kiran was lying on ground and they were playing on him. It was looking like circus instead of a basketball game.

“What are you people doing?”

We were frozen after hearing that voice. It was Pari. My heart was very very happy that I didn't know how to express it.

Every child started shouting 'Pari Sister...' went to her and hugged her. Then we wanted to express that we were happy too. Me and Kiran too shouted 'Pari....Pari..Pari..'. She will give us a slap if we go and give her a hug. I was feeling great to see her smile. She was back and I feel that 'I am alive'.

We were all fun today. We played less but had more fun. After all that fun, all children left us at the court. We were curious what happened with her cousin. She started narrating us what happened.

'My dad always wanted me to be with him. He loves me so much. And he wants me to be his successor in business. He was having a casual talk with my cousin and asked him whether he would take over his business after our marriage. My cousin rejected saying he wants to get settled in USA, Initially my dad thought it was joke but when he came to know that it was his real intention he couldn't bear the thought of sending me away. He went to uncle and aunt, he said to them that he doesn't want us to get married. That’s all! Problem solved.'

After hearing all that I was not in the real world.

'I am very happy after hearing that Pari.. I need to tell you something..' I thought for a second. Kiran was trying to stop me. 

'I like you Pari. Life was flow less before you existed in my life. The truth is that I really like you. After you entered my life, I am very happy and I feel like staying happy forever.. with you..”

I was staring into her eyes. 'These are exactly the words from my dream!' I shouted.

But this doesn't look like a dream. I pinched myself. Oh No! What did I do? I said everything without my knowledge. But what I said out was truth and now I have to face it. Kiran stood there with his wide opened mouth. And I was looking at Pari.

She took 5 minutes time and said :

“Arjun! This is too early to hear. I need some time to think. The truth is, I too was interested in you but this is too fast. I am not rejecting you, you are such a nice guy but I really need some time.”

My eyes were wet with happiness and I remembered what she said in my dream. It was clear that it was not a 'No' but will soon become a 'Yes'.

How did I do this. I was still wondering if it was my dream. Everything was in a way that I wanted it to be.

She said 'Let's be like before.. I mean like good friends.. Until I get some time to decide about my life.. Until I realize that you are the right person for me..'

She paused. 'Actually it is like.. I do like you but I am not sure if I want to spend my life with you!'

She was doubtful but still.. I was happy to hear that.. she likes me. Memories touched me back.

“Pari thinks that you are the most handsome one in your office” “I like you because you said that” “Let's celebrate our birthday together” Every other moment we spent together flashed back and things were more clear now.

We parted with a smile. Kiran was silent till then, He busted out with questions after that.

Arjun! How did you do that? Were you prepared before? Why did you choose that moment to express yourself? Were you not doubtful that you will lose her if something goes wrong? And many other questions..

My answer was same to all questions 'I don't know! It just happened.'

I was thinking what to do today, plan something or go to a movie or somewhere out?

Then my mobile rang and It was Pari's message. “You free??”

“I am!” I answered immediately.

“I just said to my room mates about what you did today?”

“Are they angry on me?”

“No! They are not! They like you too. One of my roommate asked me if you had a girl friend when you took us to our friend's marriage.”

“Stop joking Pari”

“I am not! It is truth”

“Oh! Then tell her I had one from May 27”

“That was my joining date to our project?”

“Yes! It is!”

This day accidentally became my golden day. Sometimes getting out of control is a good thing and it was proved today. Mounica was surprised when she came to know that I did it, it was hard for her to believe. I spent rest of the day watching movies with Kiran and chatting with Pari. My story really started today and it is going to be more interesting.. I love this day.. I love my life.. I love you Pari..

“I like you Pari. Life was flow less before you. I really like you. After you entered my life, I am very happy and I feel like staying happy forever.. with you..”

“Arjun! This is too sudden to me. I need some time to think. I am not rejecting you, you are such a nice guy but I really need some time.”

'Arjun! Stop dreaming and wake up!' Kiran woke me up.

I realized that it was really too fast to love someone.. but now, I am not moving away. I will win her heart one day and she will be mine and I will be her's. The thought itself makes me infinitely happy. Having Pari in life is like having a priceless treasure and I am awaiting that presence.

It is 13th and two more days to go. Time is moving like a heavy snail. I was looking for a good time to message Pari. When I logged in, she was online and I instantly messaged her.

Me: Good Morning Pari. I was a lil busy yesterday.

Parineeti: I guessed it. How is today going?

Me: Better than yesterday!

Parineeti: Tell me now, How did Kiran handle it?

Me: He wants to describe everything by himself, he is giving a party too.

Parineeti: Wow! When is it?

Me: After you come to Bangalore

Parineeti: I am waiting to hear that

Me: Kiran is also waiting to narrate it. He is very happy these days.

Parineeti: Sounds great! And one more news from me.

Me: What is it?

Parineeti: My dad is planning a party to introduce me as his successor on Sep 3.

Me: Ooh it is a great news..

It was not at all great news. I almost forget that she will leave us on Aug 30. I am waiting for her but she is planning to leave me as soon as possible. What an irony? How will I go ahead and approach her before Aug 30. Looks like time will flow without my knowledge and when I wake up it will be too late to have her. I was in a rage now and didn't want to miss her.

Me: Pari! It is not at all good news for us. We have become good friends and we don't want to miss you.

Parineeti: Yes! I like you people a lot but this is my dad's dream and I can't let it go. I have to do this.

Me: Oh! You should do it for your dad then.

Parineeti: Yeah. That is what I feel..

The conversation lasted till evening and she left the conversation saying a good bye.

 The thought of her leaving us disturbed me and made me out of control. It is only 45 days with her. If I prolong to express my feelings, I will lose her. But if I express immediately, there is a chance of misunderstanding to occur between us. Whatever step has to be taken, I have to double think and then act. I have to be careful. Whatever I do, it should not result in Pari, going away from me.

'Pari! I always dream of you. I have never thought of some other person in my life. It is always you and it will always be you!'

'Arjun! It doesn't suit you.' I was speaking to myself in the mirror. Try differently.

'Pari! Your smile fascinates me! I am attracted to you and it is out of control! I feel like you are angel born for me.. My angel!'

Arjun! What are you doing? Try again! I shouted on myself.

'Pari! I will hold your hands and I will never let go until I am alive'

Enough Arjun! You have got mad. What were the words that I said in my dream. It was too hard to remember. I gave up.

'Kiran! I have decided!'

'What?' he asked.

'I will go to Pari and will ask her hand!'

'Are you mad?'

'Yes! I am but I don't want to be in future!'

'I think you should give her some more time.. By the way ..What will you say to her?'

'Pari! I love you so much! Will you marry me after 4 years?' I smiled and he laughed out.

'After 4 years?? You are funny Arjun! Very funny!!'

'Why are you laughing? What did you say to Mounica then?'

'I said to her that if she is okay with me, I will her marry right now!'

I was impressed. 'If I were a girl I would have married you immediately Kiran!' I hugged him...

ArjunPari#47 Friday 12July2013 Her little concern will fill brightness into my day..

I will see her on 15th, three more days and she will be smiling in front of me. I am waiting for her. I am missing her. I am longing to see her. The day started with breakfast made by Kiran, he was in a good mood and wanted to make breakfast for us. He made tomato bath and instant dosa for us. We ate as if it was a feast. Everyone in our room was surprised that Kiran cooked for us today. He never cooked in the past 10 years. I was doubtful whether he can make it but he did it. The rice bath was very good and the dosas didn't taste bad. Everyone was congratulating for his success in kitchen today.

'Getting ready to get married brother?' My roommate asked Kiran.

'I am too young to get married!' he admitted but he was feeling happy because he had Mounica who will never leave his hand.

'Who said that you are young? You look like 40 year old uncle! This is not my statement but Mounica's.' I shouted on Kiran.

'Did she say that?' He sadly asked me.

'No! I was just joking. Do not feel bad Kiran!' Everyone was laughing at him and he was enjoying the moment.

When I reached office, my team lead was waiting for me to hand over all his work to me.

'I have an urgent work Arjun! Please help me out today. I have to leave early!'

My day was hectic with little lunch and no coffee break. I was continuously running to reach today's target. My team lead left at 1PM and everything was with me now. I have to take care about today's work and calls. I didn't get much time to spend free today. The whole day was full of questions and answers to client.

I just ended a call. Suddenly I realized that I was very much hungry and when I saw my watch it was 09:55 PM. And I was sitting alone in the office. Immediately I packed everything and started to room. I was tired too. It was difficult to get a bus, I caught one after waiting time of 20 minutes.

I stepped inside the room. Kiran was speaking to someone on video call. I was clear that it was Mounica. The long distance relation has started working. There will be ISD calls, Skype calls and late night calls from now onwards. Kiran invited me to join them and I created a situation which caused a problem.

'Why are you inviting me when it's the family speaking with each other?' I was making fun of them.

Kiran suddenly opened his eyes wide and said 'He is mentioning about you people Ravi brother. He is telling that we both are interrupting your family chat.'

Kiran's Instance was amazing. He covered up everything. I was sorry for speaking out without knowing the audience. Now it was also clear to me that it was Ravi brother and Mounica on the call.

I washed my face and joined the call. There was Ravi brother's new bride too on the call. The call would last for hours but I was hungry, I have to leave. I said them a good bye and went to have dinner. I was about to start eating, then I remembered that I have to call mom. I was searching for it and I found it inside my bag. I realized that my mobile was in silent mode from morning. I called mom ignoring all notifications, when the call ended, I was surprised to see 4 missed calls, 2 new messages and 4 notifications from facebook.

Missed calls were by Kiran and one message was by my team lead thanking me and the other message was related to network services. I was burst into happiness when I logged into facebook.

There were four messages from Pari.

Parineeti: Hi Arjun! I was busy yesterday that I couldn't get back.

Parineeti: How is your day going?

Parineeti: Looks like you are busy today?

Parineeti: Are you der?

I was very happy that she replied back. Her little concern will fill brightness into my day. It was too late to reply. So, I was waiting for the morning to reply her back. I was lost into her thoughts and Kiran interrupted me.

'Have your dinner Arjun!'

I forgot that I was hungry. I had my dinner and went to sleep thinking about Pari..

The day ended beautifully becuase I loved seeing her messages.. Her little care.. is enough for the day..

ArjunPari#46 Thursday 11July2013 The thing inside me for her is TRUELOVE and it will never go away.

I have to reach office as early as possible, because Pari would come today and I was longing to see her. I was in a very happy mood and I was curious to know her reasons for getting rejected by her cousin. My heart may burst out with happiness today. Mounica and Kiran are a “couple”now, my two best friends will get married in future and I will surely marry my dream girl. As soon as we reached our room, we started to office. I told Kiran that we should have breakfast at office. He understood that I was longing to see Pari. It has been a long time without her and now I want to utilize every moment with her.

I entered into office and straightly went to Pari's cubicle. I can see that she was not yet there. I was disappointed and Kiran took me to have some breakfast. I was looking into facebook and messaged Pari.

Me: Good Morning Pari. Everything went well and the things are cleared up. Thanks very much for your suggestion.

I was looking if she replies. I checked every two minutes and after 10 minutes I saw 'seen at 11:01 AM'. I was curiously waiting for her reply. There was no reply till 12. I was not in a good mood. My concentration levels were worse. I was looking forward for a lunch break. It was 12:02 PM and she messaged me.

Parineeti: Sorry Arjun! Was lil busy. Was not able to reply in the morning.

Me: It's Okay! Where are you? Not in office yet?

Parineeti: Still in Delhi.

Me: What?

Parineeti: Yes! Will be der on Sunday, Changed my plan :)

Me: Ooh I thought you will be here today.

Parineeti: Yeah! I changed my plan suddenly.

I was deeply in disappointment now. She will be here on Sunday. I will be able to see her only on Monday. My fingers were not in my control.

Me: Our office is lifeless without you.

Parineeti: Stop joking Arjun! :)

Me: :D Had your lunch?

Parineeti: Not yet? I am with my dad on some work.

Me: Then shall I msg u later?

Parineeti: Yes. See you soon.

Me: See you

“I really want to see you soon Pari. Come fast. I am going lifeless without you. “

I was thinking again, how days will pass without her. I was planning to spend them with her memories and dreams.

“I am lifeless if you are not with me.. I am restless if you are not near me.. I am worthless if I don't win you.. I am nothing if it's not you in my life..”

“Stop dreaming Arjun! I have come to know that Pari is not coming today. Let's go for lunch!” Kiran disturbed me.

Everyone was staring me while I was eating. I don’t  know what was happening around me.

Neha asked 'Why did both of you take a sudden leave?'

'Do not tell a thing Arjun! I will explain you guys everything' Kiran stopped me. 'Perhaps! I should give a party because I have won my love.'

Everyone was happy and were asking details. Kiran rejected and assured them he will be explaining everything in a dinner party after Pari comes. He doesn't want Pari to miss that. I went to keep my plate at the wash area. After I returned to the table, the environment was different.

Mahita was angry 'Why didn't you tell us about her?'

'About whom?' I was curious too. Are they asking about Pari or Mounica?

Neha shouted on me 'Stop acting Arjun!'

Shiva added 'We know everything now! You can't hide anything now.'

'What are you people speaking about?'

'No use Arjun! You should speak out now!' Kiran suggested.

I was clear that they know about Pari now. I was angry on Kiran and my anger was out of control and I shouted on Kiran.

'Kiran! You shouldn't have said them all that I like Pari. I want her to know about it first!'

'What?' Thay all shouted. 'Is it true?' They inquired me.

I doubtfully faced Kiran and he said 'I just said them that you like a girl very much but I never said that it was Pari. You are the culprit. You admitted it. Not my fault!!'

I was feeling like a stupid but I was not feeling bad. I was feeling good because all this strange behavior  is because of Pari. Pari, the girl for whom I will go head over heels.. To win her heart..and I am confident that I will win her one day.. Now I am sure that nothing can separate us as the thing inside me for her is 'TRUELOVE' and it will never go away..

ArjunPari#100 Tuesday 03Sep2013 We will add more good memories everyday and that's how it wil go on!

I was looking for sometime to call Pari. I finally made a call but she didn't take it. I decided to wait until she calls back! I finished work and went back. She didn't call back yet! My phone rang! It was mom! I finished the call soon and waited! I finished dinner. I was looking at my mobile curiously! Pari! Call me! I have one good thing to share!
Kiran caught me! He started teasing me and Pari saved me from him! I lifted her call and escaped him "Thank god Pari! You called me at the right time!".
She sounded very happy!"It's Kiran again! I understood!" "Arjun! I am sorry I couldn't call back! Dad's making me do lot of things!" She was complaining and told me all what she did today.
I couldn't stop her. She was so happy! It went on for around half an hour. And after she finished I told her! "Pari! I am planning to come Delhi!" Before I finished, she was excited! "Really?Seriously?Arjun?". I was happy to answer " Yes! Actually I have started planning for my future!  My Dad suggested me to take training in Delhi. He has a friend there!".
"Wow! Arjun! When are you coming?" She asked happily.
"My Dad's friend asked me to start from January!So..." Before I ended,
"Arjun! Am so happy! Am so happy for you!" She was shouting. I would hear that her Dad was there and was teasing her as she was shouting. She told " Arjun! I will call you back soon!" and ended the call.
She was very happy! My Pari! I should have been there to see her smile. Just a little more patience and I will see her again soon!

And this this is where the narration of this story ends..but my love story will go on..Me and My Pari..We will add more good memories everyday and that's how it will go on! We will enjoy teasing each other, go on long drives, write letters, buy chocolates and dinner, express our love and will many more things together..same way!

We were on our way to airport. I was preparing to ask Pari about my thoughts as Asha suggested. Why Pari never said "I love you'" to me? There is no doubt that she loves me but I just want to hear it. We arrived!
All of us were saying good byes to Pari. How to ask Pari? When? After sometime, Kiran and others left us alone. Great! Now is the time! I was about to ask her!

Pari hugged me! She whispered! "I love you Arjun!" She surprised me! This is what I wanted to hear! I felt excited. My heart beat doubled . I was very happy to hear that but..I can't hold her back in a public place. What to do? She laughed and held her back.
Pari told "I wanted to tell this from long time! But!". "But?" I asked her.
"Kiran! He told me once that you will like a lot if I express my feelings in actions but not in words!" She said and I responded to it "What? He is dead in my hands!". I almost shouted. She laughed out.
"Then why did you express now? Inspite of what Kiran said?" She smiled.
"I couldn't hold back! I just wanted to tell you! that's all!" We were looking at each other. She added "Arjun! I didn't find my answer!" I was shocked. She immediately continued "I don't care about that answer. What matters is how much I love you?" I was in delight. So this is the same feel..People call this feeling.. fireworks in mind!
Everyone appeared suddenly infront of us at that moment as if they were hiding. Yes! They were hiding. Everyone started teasing us! Wishing all good for our relation ahead.

I was scolding Kiran for suggesting that to Pari. Pari was laughing at him. This is the moment I have Pari. I have her as my Pari. She was holding my hands till she left to board the plane.

Now! I have only one thing to do! I have to tell Pari..about the surprise I wanted to tell her..few days back..Now! Its my turn to surprise her!

ArjunPari#98 Sunday 01Sep2013 Bye Bye Pari didi! Please keep calling us!

Pari made us start early to the Basket ball court. After kicking Kiran several times we succeed to reach Pari's location in time. We were teasing each other and having fun. We reached the court.
Today! Kids were like totally serious! They weren't even reminding us that it was Pari's last day here. Today's game was the most funny and exciting game we ever played. Its almost time to leave but Kiran and Pari didn't say anything. I was silent and was watching Pari smile. I enjoy this! It was getting hot and bright so, Pari declared "Its time to go!" All kids gathered near Pari, tears were rolling down but I was feeling happy seeing them like that. Krishna handed over a letter to Pari! And all others started handing over their letters. Pari was admiring them and we could see that her eyes were wet.
They drew a letter with the pictures they like and mentioned things like 'Bye Bye Pari didi! Miss you! Love you!Keep visiting!'. They also mentioned their numbers.
Pari said those words with pain to them"I have a lot to pack! Thank you everyone! I will leave now!"
"Don't go!""Don't go!" They shouted, she smiled and we started. They shouted again "Bye Bye Pari didi!Please keep calling us!" "Bye Kiran!" "Bye Arjun!"
Kiran shouted back at them "Am not going anywhere!We still have lot to settle! Don't think of getting rid of me." They were sad still laughing out.
We were on our way back. Pari declared " Our kids are awesome!" Kiran started laughing out! After a moment Pari laughed and started beating him! 

Pari was waiting for me at her building. I drove the rented car to her place and asked her to get in. She saw the flowers and baloons inside when getting in. "Kiran's doing!" I told her
"I told him to choose a car with good looks and smell. He did this!" She got in and we started.
She asked "Where are we going?". "You will come to know" I said to her. We were listening songs. She was enjoying the ride. We were still going on and then Pari realized. "I understood! There's no destination! We were going for a long drive!" She happily declared. Her eyes were shining with happiness. Pari! These are the ways how I will show my love to you in future. Feel it!

I was lying back watching cricket match! But I was there actually! I was thinking about those kids..Pari..And a thought struck me. I wasn't feeling good. Pari didn't say that she loves me! Not even once? But she's showing it! Did she really find her answer! What if she thinks mistakenly that we are not made for each other in future? While I was stuck with these thoughts, Asha(Brother's wife) called me. I told her all my thoughts. She scolded me and suggested me to check with Pari directly. She ordered me not to worry! When I say farewell to Pari, I have things to do!
