It has been 5 days and my life was
turning out to be new, fresh and exciting each day. The show was at 01:00 PM. I
was waiting for my watch to show 1:00 PM but I felt like it was stuck. And we
were all at the food court to have lunch.
She was not yet there. I was waiting for
her to come. Mahitha just called her and said that she is on her way.
We finished and were entering the hall
and at that moment she was there. I was feeling good. We were getting seated; I
found that she was sitting right in front of me.
'Why are we sitting like this Kiran.?'
'Yes. The seating we have got is in that
way.! These were the left out ones Arjun.!'
Whatever happened about the seating
arrangement, I was sitting behind her. I could see her. I was in a delight. The
movie started and it doesn't make a difference to me, because I could not
understand much. And I was watching her. If she smiles, I smile. If she laughs,
I laugh.
It was intermission. She said 'I liked
the movie'. So, I found that the movie was good. I was not sure she had her
Lunch. I was looking for a time to ask.
'Parineeti, Did you have your lunch.?'
'My friend's mom cooked for us today. So
I stayed and had it. I did not want to disappoint her.'
'Oh okay.'
'Arjun.! Kiran told that you would not be
coming.!'
'Why would I not be coming?'
'He said you are not good at Hindi.'
'Yes.! I am.!' I was feeling shy.
Kiran started speaking 'Parineeti, Today
he is doing good. He would ask hundred questions if we take him
to a Hindi movie.'
'Is it?' Parineeti smiled.
I have to say something. 'I am doing
better now. One year back before I came to Bangalore I knew nothing. I have
been learning.!'
Parineeti supported me 'We will help you.
You will do great in few days.'
Kiran said 'I have been helping him out
for last 10 years. Still he is feeling difficulty. What will he achieve in few
days.!!'
Everyone was laughing at me. But I did
not feel bad because learning Hindi was the most difficult task I ever did.
YEH HINDI HAI DEEWANI..
It was 04:00 PM, we were out and I was
looking if we could spend some time together. But this time I was not
fortunate. Everyone went their way and the day ended. Even if the day started
late and ended faster, I was happy with the day. And I was thinking to work
more on Hindi. I should really become good at it – may be in days.
My life is going good these days. Will
this last long or I am creating an imagination with myself. Whatever is
happening with me, I want it to happen more. Read me here to know how I am
